A BRIEF NOTE...
Welcome to the world of 011 Numbers. Before you can
begin promoting these numbers you should understand how they work!
First of all a 011 Number is not a 900 Number. A
900 Number consists of 11 digits and appears as 1-900-XXX-XXXX. A 011 Number
consists of 12 digits and appears as 011-XXX-XXX-XXX. When advertising
a 011 Number the entire number must be shown.
When a 011 Number is dialed the caller is calling
another country. This is where our computers and live operators are located.
The caller is billed a long distance charge for making the call. The actual
charge depends on the callers location and the time of day. Ex: A call
from the US to 011-592-592-820 at 12 Noon costs approx. $1.29/min. The
same call at 12 Midnight costs only $0.79/min. (After Hour Savings) These
are only the long distance charges. There are no other fees of any sort
to the caller. So in a sense the service is free.
When a 011 Number is advertised only two things must
be stated: The Telephone Number and the service being offered. We do not
impose any advertising restrictions at all. You can say what you like as
long as it pertains to the service being offered. Remember the caller only
pays Long Distance Charges and the service is FREE. There is no set price
per minute like 900 Numbers. With these two added features designing an
effective ad is both simple and fun.
You may be asking yourself how money is made when
there are no per minute charges other than Long Distance. Well since RBC
Telecom Inc is a representative of these overseas Phone Companies, we receive
a commission from the Long Distance Charge. We deduct a small fee for offering
the service and then pay the rest to our clients.
This industry is just beginning in most countries

RBC TELECOM LTD HISTORY
To know more about RBC Telecom Inc we must first start
with its parent company namely RBC Ltd. RBC Ltd. is a licensed representative
for overseas phone carriers. It became a data test site for new customized
programs utilizing International Pay-Per-Call phone services. So because
of first hand information on the mushrooming Pay-Per-Call Industry RBC
Telecom Inc was formed as the Pay-Per-Call Telecommunications Service Division
of RBC Ltd. RBC Telecom Inc instantly became recognized as second to none
in the 011 Pay-Per-Call industry and has adopted the title "North American
Leader in the 011 Pay-Per-Call Industry."
It is no coincidence that RBC Telecom Inc is located
in Eastern Canada. It is the location of Tele-Globe Communications. Tele-Globe

PAY-PER-CALL INDUSTRY
900#'S VS. 011#'S
Before direct dialing ever existed, information was
provided over the phone. Information such as the time of day and the weather.
This information was provided free of charge. During the 70's, AT&T
introduced an automated service to provide similar information on a local
level, but for a price. Small charges were applied to this service. As
a result, the "weather" and "time" numbers became well known and quite
popular. In the early 80's the pay-per-call concept expanded to allow both
individuals and business owners the opportunity to provide information
over the phone with a charge. A specific area code (900) was designated
to providing this information. The caller dials a 900 Numbers to receive
a specific service and pays a set fee per minute ranging from $1.99 per
minute to $5.99 per minute. These charges appear on the callers phone bill.
011 Numbers supply the same services over the phone but the caller pays
only a fraction of the cost per minute. The caller is only dialing an overseas
country and pays only long distance charges. A commission is paid to RBC
Telecom Inc from each minute generated. RBC Telecom Inc deducts a small
fee for providing the service and pays the remainder to the IP. (Yourself).

you in arranging your advertising campaign, we have included some advertising

CALL COUNT REPORTS
Receiving Call Reports is the most important key to
your success. That is why we've introduced many options for you to choose
from. Whether it's daily fax reports or email-on-demand; it's our duty
to keep you informed. We now have an On-Line
Form which you can use to get stats as often as you like. If you wish
to change your method of receiving reports you can do so simply by contacting
your RBC Telecom Inc Representative.
RESELLING PAY-PER-CALL NUMBERS
Once you become an official member of RBC Telecom Inc
you can look into becoming a re-seller or partner.
As a Partner will pay you up to $3.00 for
every webmaster you send us. This is an excellent way to earn an extra
income.
As a Re-Seller we will set up as many numbers
for you as you like on the condition that they are advertised. You make
$0.05 per minute profit from every minute that your client generates on
their numbers. It's very easy to do. We currently have over 1000 resellers
making a handsome return. A representative will assist you if you need
help making up a legitimate contract if you like.

WHO ANSWERS THE CALL
When your number is advertised, people will begin to
respond and call for the advertised service. The number is not connected
to your home. The number is connected to the phone company's switching
center and directs the call to RBC Telecom Inc's equipment. The phone company
also identifies the callers phone number, measures the length of the call,
and computes the charges. RBC Telecom Inc's equipment handles all of the
calls and supplies the requested service.
SO WHAT IS MY JOB THEN?
Your job is very simple! All you have to do is advertise
your number and wait for the check. It's like buying a car and getting
paid for every kilometer somebody drives it. You don't need an office to
operate a pay-per-call number, no equipment or furniture, no computers,
and no employees. You don't even have to own a phone.
WHAT DO I DO NOW?
Read over the advertising information and get yourself
started in an advertising campaign. You must first decide on which type

PLANNING YOUR AD CAMPAIGN

Make each dollar work. A large ad budget does not always
mean success. How much you buy and what you buy are equally critical.

Test each ad. Do not make long term placements immediately.
Find out which ads and which papers work best for you.

Cheap ads are not always a bargain. Always buy on the
basis of Cost Per Thousand. You should reach at least 1000 people for every
dollar you spend per month.

Learn to compete. Watch out for competitor's ads. Study
other pay-per-call ads. Take note of which programs advertise in which
media, and go where similar programs consistently advertise.

Monitor your ads performance. Monitoring your call counts
is the only way to determine whether or not your ads are giving you the

When designing your own ad, make sure your number is
clearly stated, the catch is displayed at a point size that is at least
half that of the number, clearly state the proper service being offered.
For 011 Numbers you can state that the service is FREE and the caller only
pays Long Distance Charges.

RBC agrees to provide number(s) from time to time, if
available, to Client according to the terms set out in this Agreement.

Client's Advantage Assured Program and Payout:

We offer a variety of programs via 800, 900, 011 and
Caribbean Numbers.

Our Payout Rates are contiuously being improved.

Please contact your representative to find out today's
current payout rate.

RBC shall pay to Client the Assured Payout defined under
this Agreement 15 days after the close of each Billing Period. Disbursements
are made each Monday. The Billing Period shall be each calendar month.
Factoring (weekly payouts) available upon request.

Client's Assured Payout shall be determined by multiplying
the Assured Payout Rate by the Gross Billable Minutes. No Chargebacks will
be charged to Client. Gross Billable Minutes shall be calculated upon RBC's
call records and subject to adjustment on telephone company billable minutes.

Client shall pay to RBC a non-refundable set-up fee
in the amount of $ WAIVED!!!!

Client must generate a minumum of 100 minutes per month
per number in order to continue. There are no fees or penalties if Client
fails to do so. All telephone numbers shall, at all times, remain the property
of RBC. If Client breaches any term of this agreement, RBC shall have the
right and authority to require Client to stop using any telephone number
within five (5) days notification.

Client shall indemnify and hold RBC from any and all
claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages and liability,
including attorney fees arising out of, connected with or resulting from
the programs or services provided under this Agreement. Client shall comply
with all policies and guidelines required by RBC from time to time and
certifies that all programs for which Client requests RBC to provide service
shall, at all times, comply with RBC's policies and guidelines.
