Q. How much will it cost my clients to call my number ?

A. The cost to the callers of these numbers is as follows:

1-800 U.S. Only Numbers - 1.95 to 3.95 /Min by Major Credit Card. These should be advertised as " as low as 1.95 /min"

All 011 Numbers -  Long Distance Rates Only.  The better rates your callers have with their long distance carrier, the less they will pay.  The safest price to advertise on these numbers in " as low as .49 /min ".

All Grenada, Moneserrate and Dominica numbers are long distance rates only as above.

Q. Do I have to pay a setup fee or monthly maintenance fee  ?

A. There is absolutely no charge for setting up one of our numbers.  There is however a monthly maintenance fee that we do deduct from each check in the amount of 4.95. The reason for this fee is that there is a substantial cost to us in order to maintain these lines on a monthly basis and because we do not charge a setup fee for these numbers, it seems that a large percentage of the people that obtain our numbers, only obtain them because they are free and they never advertise them. Yet, we still have to pay to maintain them.  The 4.95 does not even come close to the maintenance costs for these numbers but it is necessary to maintain them.

Q. Can you customize a number to suit my site's theme ?

A. Yes and these are free as well, but these are only built for feasible topics and only for sites that maintain at least 10,000 proven unique visitors per day.  If you meet those requirements and would like a custom line setup, please contact your RBC Telecom Inc. 

Q. Can you offer me a 900 number for Phonesex ?

A.  Yes we can but I do not know why anyone would want to. 1-900 Phonesex lines simply do not work any more.  The callers know what they are and will not call them anymore.  Further, due to recent re-regulation of the 900 Number industry, 900 Numbers can no longer have content that uses explicit sexual wording. Save yourself the grief and money ... get a 1-800 number which is not regulated as harshly and are very profitable.
